At Pharma Trade, we have a deep commitment to delivering products of a high standard. To be able to uphold this commitment, product safety is our top priority. Hence, we are to ensure that authorities and our manufacturers are aware of any safety issues that may have arisen with any products. Monitoring these events is called pharmacovigilance or “PV” for short.

To report a PV event, we are required to collect personal data. Collecting and processing this information are done with utmost confidentiality as we believe that trust is sacred. Once the report is submitted and reviewed, we’ll follow up with you.
